Doug's Game Dev Log

About this dev log

I'm Douglas Neves, a solo Brazilian indie developer building several small games in public. This is the dev log for all of them: the bugs, the upgrades, and the occasional design decision I'll regret later.

First up is Memory Falling Into Place, a bullet-hell roguelike where a tiny ship is welded inside a cube and everything in there wants it dead. Alongside it is td-survivors, a pre-alpha mashup of Tower Defense and Vampire Survivors where basically everything, the name included, is still a placeholder.

Whatever the game, the posts go deep on the real code. Every gameplay system splits into pure logic and a thin render layer, so the hard parts get unit-tested instead of play-tested fifty times in a row. Everything here is published in English and Portuguese, and the Steam page and social links will show up as they go live.
